User training at Raydana: from classes to step-by-step handbooks

To teach the subsystems and core ERP concepts on the customer’s site, Raydana draws up a training plan together with the customer and helps them complete training in the right amount of time. It also makes the system easier to use with two handbooks, “Working with the system step by step” and “System processes and business logic”. Training at Raydana is given in individual and group classes for key users and process owners (two people per subsystem).
